great service with easy access to attractions and nature

the friendly and helpful staff made our stay enjoyable, and we loved that we could easily stroll to nearby parks and attractions, like the incredible Makadi Water World and the beautiful beach, which was perfect for city walks every evening.

What they got right and wrong

The multiple pools provided a fantastic atmosphere to relax, and the all-inclusive option exceeded my expectations with diverse dining offerings.

Regrettably, the initial room presented was far from ideal, with persistent issues in cleanliness and maintenance affecting our stay.

The staff made our stay special, especially with the warm welcome we received upon arrival. The food quality was better than expected, and we loved the spacious rooms with amazing beach views. The gardens and pools were perfectly maintained, providing a wonderful atmosphere for our family with four babies.

My kids wished for more activities suited for younger children.

Comfortable room, attentive staff, the beach access near the hotel provides guests with a relaxing spot to unwind and the outdoor swimming pool allowed us to enjoy refreshing dips during the hot days.

It was just an excellent fit for a concise stay in Hurghada with value for money. The heated pool with a swim-up bar made relaxing easy and enjoyable. Bring your own snacks for the beach as the food options are limited.

During my stay, the snorkeling spots were amazing, providing a relaxing experience in the water. The late checkout request was handled nicely by the reception, particularly Mr Rizk, which helped ease my travel plans. It was a great destination to recharge and enjoy family time.

The breakfast spread was a culinary delight, with plenty of pancakes flipping around as if they were trained circus acrobats! The staff in the bar were true gems, serving up cold beers like it was an Olympic event. We also loved the jacuzzi pool, a little oasis of relaxation that added a special touch to our stay.

Diving experience amazing with rich marine life by the coral reefs. Food at the beach bar didn't meet expectations. Staff friendly, especially at the kids' club. Room cleanliness average, could use some updates.

The garden and pool areas were beautifully maintained, a fantastic diving club, and themed dinner buffets each night. I loved the evening shows and getting cozy at the beach bar.
